Refund Policy


We accept orders cancelled before the product is produced or shipped. When you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped out, then that cannot be cancelled.


Return products are accepted. Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of their receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.


If the consumer causes the return, they should pay the shipping fee. The fee is based on the express company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer doesn’t have to pay for the return of the item as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.


We will notify you of your receipt after you have received your return. We will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
