What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses.

If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team is here to help make things right.

My discount/coupon code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code. Please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp for more help.

Items available for purchase on our website can be shipped to most locations. If we cannot ship to your specific location, you will be notified and given a full refund. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or military addresses.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account or at anytime using the orders tracking page

Payments Methods

Payment Option

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

  1. After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and checkout with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
  2. You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
  3. You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.

About PayPal Payments: Payment is tracked. By using your PayPal account, you will be able to see the status of your payment. When you pay for an order, you don’t need to use a credit card at all. The risk of unauthorized use is mitigated by the fact that nobody will see your credit card number.

Returns & Refunds

Returns

Returns: Need to return an item? We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the best customer service and support we can. Return products are accepted. Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of their receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us for further information.

Notes: If a consumer causes the return, they should pay the shipping fee. A fee will be charged depending on what express company you choose. In the event the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer doesn’t have to pay for the return of the item as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds: We will notify you of your receipt after you have received your return. We will let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds: Check your bank account first if you haven’t received a refund yet.

If your refund isn’t officially posted, you may need to contact your credit card company. Take a moment to contact your bank. Sometimes there is a waiting period before a refund is sent. If you haven’t received your refund after all of this, please contact us at sales@umidigigadgets.com.

Cancellation

We accept orders cancelled before the product is produced or shipped. When you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped out, then that cannot be cancelled.
